Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.  

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a tracked shipping service with the estimated transit time of 5-9 days. Please note this transit time may be longer (3-5 extra days) during the holiday Christmas season.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please use the "Track you order" page on our website to track your order by entering the provided tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order within the time frames stated above, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@qocart.com with your name and order ID number, and we will happily look into it for you.
